Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grosm application (the "Service"), available at grosm.studio, operated by Grosm ("Grosm", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Grosm is an internal operations tool that agency team members use to run health checks and perform authorized maintenance tasks on YouTube channels owned by our creator clients. Access is granted to authorized users only.

Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Channel owners authorize Grosm to access their YouTube channel through Google OAuth. By connecting a channel, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that channel and consent to Grosm performing the operational tasks described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Access channels or data you are not authorized to manage.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of YouTube's or Google's Terms of Service or applicable law.

Google API Services

The Service uses Google API Services. By using Grosm you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our handling of data obtained through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

Data

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke Grosm's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding client data), is owned by Grosm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grosm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
